MgSO 4 ·7H 2 O................................................................................0.5g
Yeast extract..................................................................................0.2g
Thiamine·HCl ............................................................................0.2mg
Biotin .......................................................................................0.02mg
FeSO 4 ·7H 2 O................................................................................2.0μg
MnSO 4 ·4H 2 O..............................................................................2.0μg
Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized
water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Distribute into tubes
or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 15 psi pressure–121°C.
Use: For the cultivation of Microcyclus eburneus.
