培养基配方
Composition per liter:
Pancreatic digest of gelatin..................................14.5g
Casein hydrolysate............................................10.0g
Brain heart, solids from infusion..............................6.0g
Peptic digest of animal tissue ................................6.0g
Starch ........................................................5.0g
NaCl...........................................................5.0g
Glucose .......................................................3.0g
Na2HPO4 .......................................................2.5g
pH 7.4 ± 0.2 at 25°C
Preparation of Medium:  Add components to distilled/deionized
water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Distribute into tubes
or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 15 psi–121°C.
Use: For the cultivation and maintenance of Actinomyces bovis, Actino-
myces gerencseriae, Actinomyces naeslundii, Actinomyces odontolyti-
cus, Actinomyces viscosus, and Streptomyces species.
