培养基配方（每升）
100x THIJS supplement: 0.2 g L-cystine, 0.13 g CaCl2.2H2O,
0.5 g L-glutathione reduced, 0.05 g FeSO4.7H2O, 0.02 g
nicotinic acid, and 0.1 g L-ascorbic acid. Add 44 mL of ultrapure water and 6 mL of 1 M HCl. Filter-sterilize with a 0.22-μ
m filter and store as 1 mL aliquots at -20 !C for up to 1 year.
