培养基配方
Composition per liter:
Na2SO4 ..........................................................................1.0g
Pancreatic digest of casein......................................................1.0g
Yeast extract....................................................................1.0g
pH 6.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C
Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized
water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Adjust pH to 6.0 with
H2SO4 . Distribute into tubes or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 15 psi
pressure–121°C.
Use:  For the cultivation and maintenance of Flavobacterium acidu-
rans.
