Clostridium propionicum Medium

培养基配方
Composition per 1007.5mL:
Yeast extract.................................................................4.0g
L -Alanine ...................................................................3.0g
Peptone ......................................................................3.0g
L -Cysteine·HCl .............................................................0.3g
MgSO4 ·7H2O..................................................................0.1g
FeSO4 ·7H2O................................................................0.018g
Resazurin ...................................................................1.0mg
Potassium phosphate buffer solution, 1M, pH 7.1..............................5.0mL
CaSO4 , saturated solution...................................................2.5mL
Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized
water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Bring pH to 7.1.
Sparge with 100% N2 for 20 min. Distribute into tubes or bottles under
100% N2 . Autoclave under 100% N2  for 15 min at 15 psi pressure–
121°C.
Use: For the cultivation and maintenance of Clostridium propionicum.
